what do you actually do when your mod haha fight crime? and all that cause its usually different on each forum

edit bad posts, give out warnings, move threads that are in the wrong place etc.
and Admin does all of those, as well as organize how the site looks, and sorts out all the smileys and stuff

Admins-Do all of that except they can do...a lot more with the site.
